Eco-Hideaway Cabin

Pack your clothes and groceries and visit nature at its best. Enjoy majestic mountain views and phenomenal star gazing from the wrap-around deck. Hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing are available from the cabin door.
Secluded within the National Forest at 7250 feet above sea level, it is slightly cooler than Flagstaff, Arizona. This very peaceful location is made even more spectacular with a beautiful view of the San Francisco Peaks and plenty of wildlife (elk, deer, antelope, coyotes, bobcats, hawks, eagles, etc.) visiting the property on a regular basis. Birding is a favorite activity in northern Arizona. For birdlists and more information, be sure to visit the Northern Arizona Audubon Society website. You'll also find lots of hiking, biking, skiing, and snowshoeing available just out the front door. Full use of the Coconino National Forest is available for your enjoyment, however all rules and regulations must be followed.
The cabin is fully-self contained and "off-grid" and is a wonderful example of "green living". Electrical requirements are provided with solar and wind generating systems; rainwater is collected and filtered for house use, and heat is provided via propane fireplace and heaters. Conservation of energy and water is expected and appreciated.

- Access is via blacktop highway and non-paved Forest Service Road.
- Access to cabin may require a four-wheel drive and/or high-clearance vehicle.
- Fully equipped kitchen includes 6-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen utensils, and serving set for 4 people.
- 3 bedrooms
- Beds: 1 double-size bed, 1 pull-out double-size bed, 1 queen size futon
- Linens available for bedding.

- Pets are allowed only with prior permission. Additional fees and/or deposit may be required. Pets may not be unattended inside the cabin.
- Located on 8 acre property bordered on two sides by National Forest.
- Official check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Rates
- $140 per night (Up to 4 people) Sunday through Thursday, minimum two night stay
- $175 per night (Up to 4 people) Friday through Saturday and some holidays
- $10 per night per person for additional guests (5 to 8 people)
- $925 per week - up to 4 people ($60 per week for each additional person - 5 to 8 people)
- $3125 per month - up to 4 people ($210 per month for each additional person - 5 to 8 people)
- $250 security deposit required; refunded upon check-out
- Reservations require a deposit of 1/2 of the total rental fee with the remaining half due two weeks prior to check-in. Fees are refundable minus 10% of total if canceled two weeks or more prior to to check-in.
- One-time $55 cleaning fee regardless of the number of nights stayed
